Introduction to Yoga

Many new students feel a little nervous stepping
into a yoga class for the first time. Let's face it, it can
be intimidating and uncomfortable when we step into the unknown.
The Introduction to Yoga class is designed
for beginners.
We will work on foundation and form, allowing ample time for each
student to grasp the alignment.
